Plate & Sheet Cutting
Laser Cutting
We have state of the art lasers that can handle any project. We have the ability to cut up to 1" thick on tables that are 2 metres wide by 4 metres long. We also can cut tubes with our 5 and 6 axis lasers.
Water Jet Cutting
Our industry leading water jet can cut up to 6" thick;

HD Plasma Cutting
Our plasma cutting tables offer quality and precision cutting for any project. We can cut up to 3" thick and 10' x 20'.
Bending & Forming
Forming/Rolling
Cobalt Metals offers advanced brake forming and metal bending. You give us the exact dimensions and we take care of the rest. We can bend sheet metal up to 246' long.
Shearing
We can trim and remove unwanted material from sheet metal. We use our state of the art machines and tools to slice through sheet metal with extreme precision. We can shear up to 12' long.
CNC Machining/Milling/Turning & Bandsaw Cutting
The term CNC stands for 'computer numerical control. We use computerized controls and machine tools to remove layers of material from a stock piece.
